   Excellent experience. We had the Chef’s Tasting menu. Tuna Tartare, Scallops, Duck, Lamb, Dessert. Everything was delicious We were celebrating our 18th Anniversary, and we received a complementary dessert (a second dessert!) and coffee Service was great, ambiance was mostly perfect. One patron was incredibly loud, and, according to her, Jake Paul is a psychopath I don’t hold that against the restaurant, because that is out of their purview

   I was out with a couple of friends for dinner. The ambience was quiet considering the restaurant was full. The food was great! We all got the hamburger special with a different side each. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, our drinks and each dessert. We will most definitely return to this establishment. We had Miah for our waitress and she was wonderful. Checked on us regularly but not intrusive at all. The temperature of the restaurant was also quite pleasant, I often find I am a little chilly but was quite comfortable here.

   We hadn't been to Blackshop in years and our kids wanted to go here to celebrate their birthdays. Our server was "Tanya" sp? who helped make our experience extra good with great service. Loved the "new" (to us) decor and layout of the restaurant. It was spacious and quite enough for us to enjoy each others conversation easily. We ordered one salmon entre which was exceptional. What I wouldn't do to get the recipe to make those vegies. We also ordered three 10 oz striploins which were done to perfectly to desired wellness. For desert it was crème Brule and 10 layer chocolate cake. All was excellent. It was a very well enjoyed experience and would recommend Blackshop.

   Wonderful evening. Our server was attentive but not over bearing. Each course was truly excellent with presentation matching the delicious food. I had the Med salad which was great and my wife enjoyed the tomato and nitration cheese. For mains, I enjoyed halibut well my wife loved her rib eye steak cooked to perfection. Beverages were appreciated and the carrot cake was wonderful. Definitely a return trip is to be planned

   Our server was attentive to our needs and allergy restrictions. The staff was kind and also attentive. But, it was loud at times due to other customers being overtalking and tipsy. We enjoyed the 1st-anniversary dinner together.

   very efficient on line reservation, very good reception and seated quickly. Very pleasant, professional server, a veteran at the Blackshop and we were delighted to see Michel again and catch up! The meal was super and very happy we were able to substitute Salman for steak on the special- we are not meat eaters. Well done, Blackshop!

    I ordered my usual plate of Mushroom rigatoni, the portion size was small and the rigatoni was whole wheat, I probably wont return!
