Views of the Paramount sign on Washington Street reminds one of a little Times Square. Floor to ceiling blu lights and all around glass windows make a perfect ambience to celebrate a special occasion and act as a perfect background for pictures. Enjoy our fresh seasonal menu like our Sirloin Steak and Rack of Lamb. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available and it’s very gluten free friendly.Blu Restaurant and Bar is located on the 4th Floor of the Ritz Carlton Complex, inside of EquinoxSports Club. WINDOW SEATING IS NOT RESERVABLE AND GUARANTEED, IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Everything was wonderful! The ambiance is pleasant and the view from the restaurant is beautiful. All the food and drink was phenomenal, some of the best i’ve ever had, and just as delicious as last time we were here. Wonderful flavorful bread, yummy cocktails, and I absolutely love the Three-Cheese Ravioli with pesto and the Mini Bomboloni. I’ll be coming back to this restaurant every time I see a show at the opera house.

Our server Val was excellent. He anticipated our needs (he brought dessert menus at the exact right time) and was very friendly and knowledgeable. We’ll be back.

Truly immaculate service and our group of six felt taken care of. Not to mention the food was incredibly decadent, the environment was welcoming and quiet to ensure a pleasurable dining experience. Would highly recommend to our friends and loved ones.

Great location if going to the Opera house for a show! The ambience was amazing, lights dimmed and a quiet place. Started off with the cauliflower as an app, it was great. Ordered the pork chop, it was also great. Service was perfect. Definitely recommend this place.
