Views of the Paramount sign on Washington Street reminds one of a little Times Square. Floor to ceiling blu lights and all around glass windows make a perfect ambience to celebrate a special occasion and act as a perfect background for pictures. Enjoy our fresh seasonal menu like our Sirloin Steak and Rack of Lamb. Vegan and vegetarian options are also available and it’s very gluten free friendly.Blu Restaurant and Bar is located on the 4th Floor of the Ritz Carlton Complex, inside of EquinoxSports Club. WINDOW SEATING IS NOT RESERVABLE AND GUARANTEED, IT’S FIRST COME FIRST SERVED. Great location near theatres. Perfect for apps and drinks (or entrees) before a show. Butternut Squash soup was excellent! Waiter/ service was also good.

Val was a great server, highly recommend the surf and turf. fig / goat cheese flatbread also amazing . Nice view from our table .

Blu is my “go to” restaurant whenever I go to see a show . Food & service are always wonderful. Last night , Vall was our server and and he was warm, welcoming and very attentive. My lamb chop and sides were cooked to perfection and my espresso martini was delicious !! I’ll be back :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our dinners before the play. Our server was friendly and attentive. Our dinners were delicious. Next play, we will be back!

We had such a delicious dinner before the theater!! Tuna tartare for a starter- rack of lamb and cod dish. The noise was low and atmosphere was lovely. Can not wait to go back- excellent service too

Went for the 1st time last night for our daughter’s birthday. Everything was perfect I requested a table facing the street and we got it. Server which I forget his name but he was awesome (Claude) I think. Was not rushed, and for dinner for 3 w apps, drinks, dinner, and deserts was under $300. For Boston that is a great. Also parking garage connected to building which was a huge plus considering it was dumping rain Ty for a great 16th bday Blu! It was perfect atmosphere for a teen girl.
