   Service was so slow. Portions were so tiny. Took over 20 minutes to get water and longer for glass of wine.

   Awesome experience! Great seafood, Tina, our server, was awesome and one of our grandsons (6) called it the greatest restaurant experience ever! 😎🤣👍

   Went there for the Magical Dinning experience and let me tell you it was far from magical at this place. Our waiter was Seth, beware if you get him. First my drink had no carbonation which is fine I get that happens. After that’s fixed we are told our dinner will be taking longer that expected. Once we finally got the steak after forever it was so unbelievable undercooked it was raw throughout. It was just barely seared on the outside. Then when I told the waiter he wanted to argue with me and say it was medium rare like no. You could easily see that. He quickly came back then to agree with me about it been under cooked, well duh. It finally came back and looked like nothing has changed after waiting forever again. The third time it finally came back it was burnt to a crisp but it was already so late I was ready to leave. And this is the most disgusting part off all. Shortly after the waiter said to the table right next to us in close proximity, “Thank you all for being so low maintenance, I really appreciate it. Some tables are being a pain.” Like what he clearly wanted us to hear that, so rude. It’s not my fault your kitchen has no quality control. He also would take forever to clear any plates and let them pile up, even the he was right there talking to us. And I know it wasn’t just me with the steak, because a lady in the table behind us order hers medium well and got a rare one too! She also sent hers back 3 times and it still couldn’t be made right. I’m not sure what’s going on but management needs to really look into this and hold people accountable. 9/29/24 at 6:15pm - Table 304 - #172/1

   Though the bar area had a nice wall waterfall affect the pictures on the Magical Dining site shows a shade of cobalt blue which we were expecting. The restaurant could use a paint refresh especially since the name needs to be congruent to the appearance. That was disappointing. The hostess stand was staffed by a young person. He needs to learn to constantly scan the room to see if customers need anything, like silverware, napkins, salt/pepper, napkins, straws, etc. The food was amazing- kudos to the chef!! Guest # 1 adult male: Caesar salad appetizer, salmon with broccolini entree, & bread pudding. We had a 2-hour paid parking so had to get desserts to go. Guest # 2 adult sister: sushi, filet mignon with potatoes, asparagus, and Oreo dessert. Guest # 3: shrimp cocktail, swordfish with broccolini entree, and key lime trifle. Really sweet tea just the way guest 1 & 2 likes it. Guest # 3’s Arnold Palmer with no ice came out as just decaf tea. Our waiter Calvin was great but very busy and at times forgetful. Nice inside seating at the window. Please consider table cloths especially during Magical Dining Month (table was gummy sticky). One of our 4 chair backs was not stable. Parking was convenient at $4/hr. We treated Guest # 2 as she continues to brave recovery from a very serious operation. Nice having the option for dining inside or outside. Staff and customers were friendly in a relaxing setting. Regular menu prices are very high (IMHO) so we were grateful for this month long annual event so we could try a new to us restaurant with a special menu at $40 per person for 3-course meal. Some restaurants have $60/per person for 3 or 4 course meal. Our sister looks and sounds better. She's an amazing woman, mom, sister, aunt, etc. Good to be able to share in this part of her recovery with an outing. Except for those things offered as considerations; the fellowship and meal were good.

   I did Magical dinning. Food was amazing sushi roll, salmon , bread pudding 🍮. All 😋 Great Happy hour Old Fashion, Sangria 6$ until 7pm. Service excellent!

   We went to this restaurant on the Magical Dinning experience. So you know the food value was fabulous. Henry out waiter was more then pleasant and fun to have as our waiter. I will come back based our experience the other night.

    It was ok, the service was awesome but just the vibe of the place felt off to me, and the food was good until I found a hair in my flatbread lol
