Located on the north side of Main Street Breckenridge, the Blue River Bistro provides a casually sophisticated dining atmosphere with a little city in the mountains. Chef Dante's local ingredients, talented culinary team and unorthodox approach to cooking combine to create a truly memorable experience for you and your guests.     Always a “must visit” for our Breckenridge trip. We dine here several times a year, enjoying both lunch & dinner. The staff are engaged and very pleasant. Service is excellent. Drinks are outstanding, and food ranges from very good to excellent. We had Sunday brunch for 10 today, including 4 small children, & the experience could not have been better. In spite of a busy holiday weekend and full restaurant, we were seated promptly and never rushed. Our server Zach was nothing short of outstanding! Blue River is a consistent great experience and great value. Highly recommend!

    Our food was wonderful; our server was very attentive; we loved the atmosphere, yet the noise level was off the chart. We would still come back because we know there really isn't anything that can be done to lower the noise.

    We stopped in for brunch on Saturday morning. The brunch menu is limited but the selections were delicious. Service was very quick. The restaurant opens at 10:00. If you can be there at opening, service was quick and food was quickly served and hot!

    Our second time here did not disappoint! Everything we’ve eaten here has been delicious, and the service was excellent. We can recommend pork chops, Beef Wellington, sea bass, and salmon. Special touches for my birthday made for a great night. Prices are good for the quality and location.
