   Andres was amazing. He was so helpful and Knowledgeable of the items and what to choose. He made my birthday very special. I’d definitely recommend going here and asking for Andres.

   We very much enjoy the design and atmosphere of Bourbon Steak. The food is good but not at the level of top steakhouses in the US (think Smith and W, Gallaghers, etc). The chopped wedge is delicious as well as the steak tartare appetizer. We had the 40 ounce T Bone which was just OK. A bit overdone on the filet side and the overall steak was a bit dry and didn't have that special bounce you find at great steakhouses and for $240 you'd expect that. Great wine list. Service is good but not as attentive as a place at this level should be.

   Salmon was overcooked, noise level elevated. Valet parking advertised as $10 for Bourbon restaurant guests, it wasn’t !

    Very overpriced for what we got. The steak was raw. We asked for medium. Sure they fixed it but it defeats the point of going to a high end restaurant. You sit waiting. It was so loud the waiter didn’t hear requests for pepper on the Wedge salad. Or the request for Diet Pepsi. We had to ask twice. Seems small but for $300 for two people you would expect the highest level of quality, service and attention to detail. Finally, when I mentioned all of this to the room Captain (I think that was his role) he just nodded, acknowledged nothing and offered nothing. Disappointing. I won’t go back. I’m here for business and would stay away from the restaurant. A simple acknowledgment and gesture would have gone a long way.
