Located in the famous JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort & Spa, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami is Michael Mina's modern twist on the classic, American steakhouse. One of South Florida's favorite steakhouses, Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina - Miami offers contemporary American fare with a focus on prime cuts of all natural, organic and hormone-free beef and the freshest seafood available from around the world. As a friendly reminder to our guest, we offer a discounted rate for valet parking at $15 per vehicle. You will be validated once you check in for your reservation at the restaurant.

Please note: Grace period of 15 minutes for each reservation. Reservations of 6 or more will require a credit card hold.                                                                                                             Bourbon Steak is a very nice restaurant with an excellent vibe. The service overall was excellent, and they pay attention to details. I put in my reservation that is was my wife's 60th birthday and they printed a menu that noted her birthday. They also gave her a birthday card to acknowledge the special celebration. The food itself was very good. The restaurant is a good choice for a special occasion, since it is on the pricey side. My only complaint is that the wines are very pricey compared to their retail costs. I brought my own wine, but the corkage fee is $55 per bottle. The restaurant can improve on the bottle costs and corkage fees. Overall, we had an excellent experience.

                                                                                                            Had a reservation for 9 PM while we were staying in the attached Marriott property. We were told they were running behind and our reservation wasn’t ready. We left after 30 minutes of waiting for our reserved table. There was not even standing room at the bar for us to wait for our table. If you like loud, crowded vibes however this is great… and the menu looked delicious was bummed the reservation did not work out.
