   It was a nice evening. We went for Valentines dinner. Down Side it was a Prix Fixe. The selections were ok, but nothing that stood out. The beef Wellington was cooked to perfection. The fish was as bland as could be even with the stuff they put on top of it. It came with three sides, one was simply a baked potatoes cut in slices? The worst part for us was the gosh awful music? Super bad choice for a romantic dinner. Waitress was great! Will try it one more time. But there are a lot of great places to eat around this area.

   Nice ambiance. Spacing between tables enough for separate conversations and not awkward. Cod is always outstanding! Service excellent! Love the $1 oysters!!!

   This is one of our favorite places in Newburyport! Our party of 4 (plus a baby) dined 4:30-6 last Thurs(dollar oyster night). Service was friendly and attentive (TY Abbie). Ambience is modern, comfortable and inviting. Our Oysters, Mussels, Beet Salad, Tuna Crudo, Filet Mignon w/grits, and Brine Burger were all delicious. The food quality and presentation were excellent.

   We had a wonderful dinner, the food was so creative and exceptional! Our server could not have been more accommodating. We’ll be back often..

   Fantastic!! Absolutely amazing all around. It’s fine dining that doesn’t feel “stuffy”. To start; our waitress (Maeve) gave the experience that something extra. Her knowledge and descriptions made me want to just keep asking her about all of the dishes. Alas we had to choose. Appetizer: Octopus! Tender, flavorful, unique. It’s a must try! My meal: Cod! Light and flaky, cooked to perfection. Date’s meal: Truffle mushroom ramen! OMG!! I don’t even know how to explain how perfectly all the flavors complement eachother. It’s an injustice if you deprive yourself of this dish! The menu changes seasonally so we fully plan on being seasonal regulars.

   Always a treat dining at Brine. They have the best raw oysters and on Thursday’s it’s $1 oysters!! Yum! On their winter menu they have build your own Ramen bowl which was delicious and so filling ( I even have some for lunch tomorrow!). They also have a delicious nonalcoholic sparkling wine for Dry January….please keep on the menu going forward.

   Most enjoyable! Three really good mains, mussels, ramen and burger. The burger was mine and it was delicious. As good a burger as I have had. The chefs menu recommendations were on point. My daughter loved her ramen dish as did my wife her mussels. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable. Game was on, beer was good, overall great experience.

   Three couples went to catch-up after a number of years. Our waitress was excellent and very attentive and helpful. Unfortunately the food was a bit hit and miss. I had the spare ribs which had foie gras in it and it was delicious, one of the best things I have tasted in along time. Unfortunately I also had the hamachi crudo which was very bland with no real flavor except except a slight off taste that was worrying. Others in our party also had some dishes which they really liked the burger e.g but others they did not care for, the tagliatelle.
