A classic American Cowboy steakhouse with a unique dining experience that combines contemporary American Cuisine with a Western Flare. The Broken Bit is located in Quartz Hill, a small community that takes pride in its country western heritage and lends itself to cowboys and cowgirls riding horses down the streets.

The Broken Bit uses only premium aged USDA All Natural Black Angus Steaks, free of Hormones and Antibiotics. Our Steaks are hand cut and seasoned with our Broken Bit Steak Spice then grilled over oak slowly searing the meat in its own juices while adding a mild smoke flavor. We also offer a wide selection of other items such as: Fresh Seafood, Chicken and Lamb Chops.

We take pride in serving exceptional food and highly sought after small batch Whiskey with unrivaled western hospitality. In fact, we make it our mission at the Broken Bit to serve you with the best of everything we have to offer.

    I took my family for a Birthday celebration. Our waitress was one of the best waitresses I have ever had, wish I could remember her name to give her a big shout out. The food was delicious, and we all enjoyed our meal. Highly recommend.

    Went there for my wife’s 61st birthday. Always a great experience and the food is off the hook. Bartenders were outstanding and our every wish was fulfilled.

    Salad and steak were great but really didn’t know if it was really a ribeye. Not as tender as most ribeyes. . The garlic mashed potatoes didn’t have much garlic in them and too much pepper. Dessert was amazing.

    For some reason the food wasn't as good as before and the mashed potatos were with way to much pepper and the cook said that's how it came out that day but my wonderful servere took care of it
