   We had a great time at Buttonwood. It was a nice big area for our Birthday party group. We had plenty of room and good food! The waitress was great! We lingered for a while and didn’t get any bad looks and felt quite welcome.

   The best burger I've had in a long time! (I had the Guinness burger with bacon) Service was great and friendly. Drinks were excellent too! A great start to our weekend in Peddlers Village. Highly recommend the short rib flat bread and onion rings....yum!

   Not sure how long the wait would have been without Open Table but we were immediately seated when we arrived. Noise level was pretty high considering no music was playing. All 4 of us ordered burgers at different temperatures and the cooks seemed to get them right. They were all very good. Service was good. Definitely would come again.

   We ate at the Buttonwood Grill at a busy time due to the Scarecrow Festival and a beautiful sunny Saturday. It was very busy and luckily I had made a reservation. The service was good but not very good mostly because it was so crowded. It was quite noisy. The food was very good and had good portion sizes. What I didn't like and what will cause me not to go back is, they would only do 2 separate bills when we wanted one for each person and they charged an additional amount to pay with a credit card. Basic customer service to provide the ability to have separate checks and not to be penalized by paying with a credit card. The customer feels taken advantage of. So you decide whether that is important to you or not when dining here.

   glad to read that you enjoyed the meal. to clarify, we do not charge anything additional when a guest pays by credit card. those are our menu prices. we do however offer a cash payment discount, and have an ATM onsite for the convenience of any guest wishing to take advantage of the discount. separate checks on larger parties particularly during our busiest times of the year can cause extended wait times for guests while servers process multiple forms of payment for a single table, and it is for this reason that we frequently can not honor that request. we apologize if you felt inconvenienced.
