Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

We love this place! Every time we come to Miami- dinner at Byblos is #1 on the list. Food is delicious, service is outstanding. This place never disappoints

Flat bread was good Fries with overpowered garlic dip. Wow! I like garlic but this was raw garlic 1000%. Fries were good by themselves. Short rib was ok. Burnt on edges too much for my liking. Not sure we’d go back based on last night.

Food and service 10/10. Way too loud for conversation, but I guess that’s the intended vibe. We ate efficiently so we could actually converse. We had the gem salad, the hummus, the truffle rice, New York strip and the fish. All were superb! Waitress was attentive and made appropriate recs. Loved the cocktails too. Will be back and ask for downstairs seating as the music seemed quieter there.

One of the best meals I’ve ever had. The service was impeccable. We had the 4 course tasting menu and were not disappointed. And we have plenty of leftovers.

This place felt more like a lounge than a restaurant. You need to yell to speak to the person sitting across from you, and pull out the flashlight from your phone for extra light to read the menu. The food was amazing and flavourful, and our servers were very attentive, but the hostesses were rather rude and standoff-ish. I simply asked if we could move tables so that we were not sitting right at the entrance, but was told “we’re busy”. Shortly after, our server asked the hostess to move us and it was no problem. Meanwhile, the first table we sat at remained empty during our entire time there, so clearly they were not “busy”

Might just be our new favorite South Beach restaurant. Staff is very accommodating , you will enjoy the decor and the DJ’s eclectic lounge mix. Food was fantastic with plenty of new Mediterranean tastes and options you might not find elsewhere. Can get a little pricey. You will not be disappointed if you give it a try.
