Byblos represents a marriage of Eastern Mediterranean cuisine with strong influences from both traditional and local ingredients, using time-honored classic cooking techniques and modern methods. Our chef has created dishes that showcase the regionally-specific spices and flavours of the Eastern Mediterranean seaboard to craft a menu that will be a true coastal and cultural mosaic, served family style in a convivial atmosphere.

The recently introduced Lounge at Byblos is a nightlife destination that extends the Byblos Miami dining experience into late night comfort, privacy and glamour. The intimate 2300 square-foot lounge features weekly resident DJ’s, unique entertainment, creative cocktails and bottle service.

We have loved this place in the past and we’re looking forward to returning. This time, a few things disappointed us. The drinks were weak and expensive; $24 for a small, bland Martini with no name vodka. Also, a 20% gratuity was added to the check inconspicuously. We could have easily tipped again unknowingly.

It was our anniversary and we had another memorable meal. Food, drinks and service were exceptional, as always. We miss the days when the manager recognized us, greeted us by name and visited with us. Times change but Byblos is still one of the best on the beach.

We approached the host desk to check in for our reservation exactly on time and waited 5 minutes for the host at the desk to acknowledge us. Another host returned to the desk and greeted us, prompting the original host to ask our name and direct the second host to seat us, all without ever making eye contact with us or even looking up from her tablet. A rough start for our reservation, made at the recommendation of a friend. Luckily, this was where the bad service ended. Our server greeted us promptly with water choices and explained menu items without hesitation. Our food came out faster than expected and was beyond delicious! The live DJ’d music was a vibe and we chatted with the DJ a bit when we went to tour the back lounge at our server’s suggestion. Ambiance on point.

It was very busy. The service and food came out slow. The food was prepared well and the taste and presentation was nice, but the timing was noticeably off. The experience was not provided to legitimize the expense. However, we have been there a few other times and would probably visit again if we noticed it was not so busy. Our server had too many tables.

Great time! A table of influencers were visiting so had flash bulbs shone in our eyes while Photographing for 30’mjn plus. That was disappointing
