The food is nowhere near the quality that it used to be. We ordered the burgers, chicken sliders and tuna carpaccio to start. The burgers used to be decadent and served on a garlic buttered bun with fries. The bun was dry and there were no fries. The chicken and tuna were ok, nothing great. We also ordered the sea bass, fries abs roasted cauliflower. They came to serve our 2nd course but upon seeing that our table still had plates that hadn’t been cleared, turned around and walked away without saying anything. Apparently, this is their policy and they don’t give the customer a choice. When they returned, the fries were cold. The cauliflower was charred on the outside but not fully roasted and the miso sea bass had the usually sauce but the top wasn’t broiled and carmelized. All of these items have been better in the past and we were very underwhelmed. One standout was a delicious espresso martini.

Wonderful dining on a Friday night. Jazz combo. Wonderful food—bread, salads, salmon and bass. Delightful service. Subdued lighting.

Unpleasant. Great food. Then some freak put down the check. I was barely finished! I wanted to order dessert, but wow. You’re showing me the door? Food good. Don’t go as a solo diner. They’re eager to turn the table.

We were sitting in the east side of the restaurant next to the kitchen and the quality of air was really poor. it was too smelly. I returned home smelling like French fries !. Need to fix extractors !

Dinner was very good (highly recommend the crab croquettes and sweet potatoes) and paced well. We especially liked Kylie who was very helpful with digestifs at the bar afterward.

This is by far the best in Mpls. The sea bass is dreamy and the apple salad should not be missed. Always a hit?!

This restaurant has been around for more than 20 years and could easily be overlooked with all the new ones in North Loop. However, I would highly recommend this classic gem overlooking Loring Park offering major ambiance, with an excellent selection of food and drinks. It's great for a date night, special celebration, or just because.
