   Cap City food is always fantastic! However, we waited over 20 minutes for our table when the reservation was made. Secondly, the person who brought out our food was standing a few tables away, holding our food while he chatted with another wait staff, which was not acceptable!!

   Been many times. Food was good. Service was a bit hectic but mostly consistent. Challenges w new Credit card system. Overall a good Birthday experience

   Romano crusted chicken is the best thing on the menu. We frequent Cap City and typically give 5/5 stars. However, this time, service was slow. Our waiter was incredibly busy and we could see him hustling around. But our drinks often went without refills, we didn’t even get one of our sides until my husband was almost done with his meal, and took a long time for the check. Typically like I said we would say 5/5, but we could hear the staff voicing frustrations with a new system. So not sure what the changes are, but so far they’re not working. We also would have ordered dessert and we didn’t because of how long everything was taking. Maybe just an off night.

   Wonderful as usual! The Trio lunch (1/2 sandwich, soup, salad) is always delicious although do wish they’d offer another sandwich option besides the chicken salad :)

   Cap City is switching to Toast to have servers enter their orders. Clearly this a difficult period of transition. Our server was confused and service was slow and we had to ask/remind our server for things that should have been an easy deliver (drinks etc). Hope the learning curve improves quickly!
