Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     I’ll start by saying the food was great! However, in meeting up with some special friends, the valet parking was understaffed (I finally parked two football fields away after a 15-minute wait); the lobby was extremely crowded; the booth that I had requested in my reservation was filled by other diners; other tables in the veranda area were reserved (?) so we couldn’t sit at one of them; finally we were seated at a small tall top in the corridor between the bar and main dining area; and the “ambience” almost precluded normal conversation! As much as I liked the food, I’ll certainly consider other restaurants that better deliver on guest experiences.

    It was a great meal which as further enhanced by the service we received from William. It was a wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary.

    Excellent meal! Our food was delicious, our server was the best and the entire evening was enjoyable. Will definitely be back soon and we will ask for Kyra (Anthony G.) The Beet Salad is one of my favorite anywhere. There are no bad entrees. Enjoy.

    Like dining in your own private club…so comfortable, great service and excellent food, always. Only one negative comment…in your beautiful bathrooms, please upgrade the quality of your toilet paper, LOL!

    Amazing waitstaff with Pablo and Ashley. Great food and appreciate what they do for birthdays without any prompt beyond including it in the open table occasion field.

    Food was outstanding! The best soup in town! Lobster bisque and French Onion soup are cravable. Salads are superb. Killer burger. Lunch plates second to none! And the service is even better than the food!
