Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Reservation for Friday night. Seated in the bar. Food and service as expected (excellent). However, waiting patrons stood around our table (marked as reserved) and crowded us to the point that we could barely talk across the table. As we were celebrating a birthday, this made the ambiance rather uncomfortable.

    Service was good. Table next to us the dude had on a ball cap work boots graphic t and jeans. So you need to enforce your dress code better. My entree was terrible. Tenderloin and lobster- beef was gross and lobster undercooked. I literally left it uneaten. Husband’s ribeye was delish and he shared fortunately. Appetizer and dessert was good. Just my entree was disappointing.
