Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We had celebrated my father’s birthday and from the beginning to the end everything was off. The server was not connected with our meals. For example, my father’s soup was not brought out with our beet salads. My husband’s wine was not brought out with his meal. We are paying top dollar for a very disconjugated service. We had to get the manager involved who kept saying that my dad did not look his age. So inappropriate. We will never go back to Capital Grille. It has gone down hill. Better restaurants to put your money.

    Our meal was excellent! They went out of their way to make our anniversary special. Our server was one of the best that we have ever had! Jordan was very attentive and friendly! Great experience in every area!

    My husband and I went to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The food and service were amazing! The pumpernickel bread with raisins…amazing! The crab cake…amazing! I had a coma dry aged NY strip bone in…amazing (should have done medium rare, I did medium) The wedge salad…amazing!! (Huge!) Can’t wait to go back. We thought the price was great and worth every penny!! They served us a chocolate ganache cake and cheese cake …both amazing!!

    When the main courses were finally served our plates were hot but the food was barely room temperature. In general the service was very slow this particular evening.
