Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food was fantastic! Served hot and with minimal wait. Our waiter Kayia was absolutely the best server we ever had. He made the evening enjoyable and fun. Spent a good amount of time with us talking and making sure we had a wonderful evening.

    The holidays are a wonderful time to spend with family and friends. The Capital Grille has been on our short list for years as a spot for exceptional service and food. Heather, Petar & the staff at CG are a part of our extended family and they didn’t disappoint as we had another wonderful meal w/ them this week.

    Seven of us gathered for my Mom's 89th birthday. Four drinks were served incorrectly, meaning the correct alcohol was not given four times. I ordered Processo and was given white wine which I am highly allergic to. The server offered me Benedryl twice. Unfortunately, I am unable to take it. One main course of sea bass was undercooked. One filet was overcooked and cold. The bread basket is always something to look forward to, but this time the rolls were very disappointing. Server did not return to ask how our meal was. This was the worst experience all of us have ever had at Capital Grille. We do not know if we'll return.

    Jeff, our server in the bar area, was excellent. He was attentive, yet patient with our slow pace. Very accommodating, professional and polite. Food was delicious!

    First time to Capital Grille. The food was absolutely delicious. Our waiter was probably the best I have ever had. Ask for Kyria, he is the best. I will be back.
