Carmine's is a family style restaurant offering exceptional value to its guests through the many dishes of Southern Italian cuisine. Restaurateur Artie Cutler crafted Carmine's with a singular vision; bringing his guests abundant portions and making any meal feel like an Italian American wedding feast.

Platters of made to order pasta, decadent seafood or meat entrees, and of course homemade desserts are all staples at Carmine's, meant for sharing among friends and family. When great food and wine are supported by friendly and knowledgeable service, the results are magic - we want every day to feel like a Sunday afternoon at Grandma's!

We are open for Indoor & Outdoor Dining, Pick-up, Delivery, Catering and Private Parties.

Your safety is our priority. As of 3/7/22, NYC no longer requires proof of vaccination to dine indoors. Indoor & Outdoor dining are available.

Enjoy Carmine's classics catered to the venue of your choice. Our off-premises catering services range from a small drop off and set up for 20 to a full scale, off-premises event for 2000. Our signature dishes, including Carmine’s famous Meatballs, Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Marsala, and Shrimp Scampi, will be delivered right to your door. Carmine's Catering offers one-stop shopping. Our full-service Catering Division offers a professional staff, complete set-up and service, rentals, linens, décor, and venue selection. Catering packages or customized menus available.
Private party facilities
Carmine's second floor offers our New Private space The Sinatra Room and semi-private dining in the Jimmy Durante space; with a mahogany bar, coat check and handicap access. The room seats up to 230 guests. Our plush theatrical drapes are perfect for semi-private dining for smaller groups.

If you looking for a place full of service and ambience then continue looking..this is not the place. We selected this restaurant for my husband’s 50th bday and did not get the quality that this place promotes. There are no plated meals as it’s family style so be aware of this. We arrived a bit early as we were site seeing and finished early..the host looked at us like yeah no way we can take you sooner and told us to return later. Upon return we waited some more and then were seated at the most uncomfortable table. Host knew we celebrating special occasion and placed us by a door where server traffic is going back and forth..The food is not even close to any Italian cooking that I’m aware of. It’s no Maggianos of Chicago. Very disappointing. The serving staff was not very attentive and went missing.overall don’t go to this Time Square location as it’s just to rip off tourists!

Our waiter Jonathan was great. We loved the food and more than enough, but one of us and we were eight wanted a separate plate of gluten free pasta and was told we had to order a regular dish which is for 3-4 people. We were a little annoyed that they could not accommodate that one person.

We loved our late lunch / early dinner are Carmine's. The food was fantastic and our waiter was great. They even brought out a special birthday dessert for my daughter! Thanks Carmine's

Put at a ranle that was in the farthest corner of the restaurant, back of my daughter’s chair was right up against someone else’s chair at another table. Meatballs had an odd taste. Penne a la vodka had entirely too many hard onions. Chicken parm was good.

The food was absolutely delicious. I’ve been here a few times and have never been disappointed. Carmine’s is one of my favorite restaurants in NYC and one I make an effort to go back to every time I’m in the city!
