Carmine's La Trattoria is the place to dine if you are looking for authentic Italian cuisine. Executive Chef Elmer Saravia places great pride in sourcing the ingredients for his dishes. Serving Palm Beach Gardens Since 1988 - We have an extensive menu featuring Italian favorites, Fresh Seafood, Prime Meats as well as Brick Oven Pizza and Flat Breads, a Full Bar and a Comprehensive Wine List including highly allocated reserve wines in a peaceful dining room and patio overlooking the marina.

On most Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights we have live entertainment.

You can stop by our Gourmet market before or after your meal to pick up some goodies to take home.

What a perfect night everything was awesome res at 8:15 sat at 8:15 server was great food great expected it was Xmas eve the place was packed and the staff was so wonderful everyone made it a great night we had 13 people and it was just great Thank you and happy holidays to all

Extremely satisfied with the service and food. It was packed with a waiting line just to check in even though we had a reservation. The food was amazing for all 3 of us. We didn’t feel rushed to eat and leave. Our waiter, Toni, was great. Highly recommended.

Food and service was outstanding, as always. However, they closed the valet parking. Too many cars I guess. We were fortunate to find a place to park. The line to check in was ridiculous. Total disaster and unorganized. Seated about 40 min after our reservation time was acceptable.

Checking in was total chaos. We had reservations but took us 30 minutes to finally get to the hostess. It should not be like that. Totally disorganized. The food, service and ambiance were average at best. Stay away on special days.

We could not get in. About 60+ people blocking doorway and everyone said they had reservations and I had to go back if line. Tried to get to podium to talk with hostess but people crowded in said no. Many who had checked in said they would call us by phone but I didn’t have phone with me. They also said they were told the wait was 45-60 minutes. We were cold standing outside and tired from traveling all day so left. We had no Christmas dinner. Very sad. We tried calling from. 7 pm to 8 pm and no one answered the phone so I couldn’t even cancel.

We had a 6:30PM reservation at Carmine’s on Christmas Eve, but the experience was a disaster. The restaurant was completely overbooked—about 500 people seated and 100 more waiting outside, all with reservations like ours. After waiting far too long without being seated, we finally gave up and left. Then, something shady happened. When I went to cancel our reservation on OpenTable to avoid a no-show penalty, I noticed we were marked as “Currently dining”—a blatant lie. Having worked with OpenTable before, I know this isn’t an accident. They clearly marked us as dining to cover for their poor management and avoid consequences. This was a terrible experience from start to finish. Carmine’s doesn’t just overbook—they outright deceive their customers. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

We had a confirmed reservation for 4 at 6:15 on Christmas Eve. Arrived at 6pm and the check-in line was 30-50 feet long! I was in disbelief and asked patrons in front of me if this was the line for patrons with reservations and they confirmed yes. After waiting for an hour and experiencing other customers cutting the line and still not near the hostess to check-in, we left. While on line we called around and got the last table at Limoncello. We were seated and eating our apps when we still would have been waiting at Carmines. What was even more upsetting was that no one from the restaurant cared enough to come over to the line and tell people what was going on and whether we would be seated at all since the restaurant was so crowded and no one was getting up to leave. Terrible customer service and we won’t go back.

Never seated with a reservation. Arrived on time but the line to reach the reception desk was not moving and waited 40 minutes and still not able to speak to the host. Other patrons said they were waiting 1hr and then told to wait for a call when the table was ready. We left and then went elsewhere for dinner. Not sure we’ll ever return again.
