Restaurantes Carolo, named after a variation of the Italian form of “Carlos”, was the first company of the group, created in November, 2007. It represented an innovation for the creative needs of Carlos Gómez Senderos and his love for bakery. The first restaurant of the group-Carolo Bosques-was created for Carlos to have a place to work. And that’s when the story began. From that moment on, Grupo Carolo has opened several restaurants.

Errores del equipo. Pedí un risotto y me trajeron una milanesa sin sabor. Era una comida de negocios y si lo cambiaba era otra media hora de espera y mi acompañante ya tenía su plato y con hambre. Rompió el ritmo de la plática de negocios.

Solo que no estaba mi reserva registrada cuando llegamos, quien nos recibió nos hizo caras, diciendo: "no tengo ninguna reserva registrada", en lugar de pasarnos... o sea, eran las 8:30 am, no había nadie ocupando ninguna mesa.

Estuvo bien sólo que los meseros los sentí muy encimosos, interviene en las pláticas para dar explicaciones. Lo demás muy bien .

He acudido algunas ocasiones y en general, la atención es buena. Sin embrago, estaba abierta la reservación, llegué al lugar y NO hubo servicio el 1o de enero como decía en la app. Entonces, tuve que ir a otro lugar. Mala logística.
