Very nice experience, we would recommend the venue to accept payment with credit cards, having an only cash policy is outdated.

Casa Merlos era sinónimo de comida deliciosa y servicio atento. Teníamos reservación a la 1 pm y nos indicaron que la cocina iba un poco retrasada, por lo que nos sirvieron hasta aprox. 1:45 pm. Para entretener el hambre, nos dieron unos totopos con frijoles. Si bien las chalupas estaban buenas, el chile en nogada resultó una gran, gran decepción. La nogada estaba insípida y hasta salada y tenía poca granada. El mole bueno, pero tampoco algo memorable. Qué pena!

Es una pena que un establecimiento como este tan bueno en otros tiempos este en franca decadencia . El servicio francamente muy malo, la comida fría y regular. Para no volver, lástima

Creo que ha bajado un poco la calidad de la comida, así como las porciones. Mi esposa pidió cambio de guarnición por arroz y le dijeron que no era posible "por la demanda". Hacia mucho calor dentro del restaurante y no estaba ni al 50%. El que los pagos sean solo en efectivo lo vuelve poco practico.

Necesitan más meseras. Esperamos 45 para pedir postre y café y nos aburrimos y salimos a otro lugar para esto. Como siempre, sinembargo ¡deliciosa comida!
