Cascades, a Classic American Restaurant and Steakhouse, is housed in the historic 109-year old Stanley Hotel. Join us for lunch or dinner in our dining room. The menu features wild game, beef, seafood, burgers, sandwiches, pasta and Colorado specialties. We also offer delectable desserts.

Our bar and lounge offers seasonal cocktails and a whisky menu with over 1,000 varieties. Ask our bartenders to help select a distinctive flight! The wine list offers a selection of sparkling, white, and red varietals to please your palate.

For an optimal dining experience, parties of six or less will have an hour time slot for your reservation.

From the front gate, make the first right, then wind up around the Lodge to the parking area behind the Main Hotel and through the gates and go down the stairs or pathway through the gardens and past the waterfall and pond and across the patio to the double doors, then turn to your right in the lobby to meet the hostess outside the restaurant.

Food was great and all the servers were excellent. It was so good we ate there 3 nights in a row. Loved the duck and Cobb salad.

My husband had the wild game meatloaf it was so good. I had the smoked bar b q chicken blackberry sauce that to was so good.

This is one of our favorite places and we do celebrate Birthdays and Anniversarys there. The food is wonderful and the service is great. Love the atmosphere!

Steak was so expensive and the taste was not good. Steak felt poor quality. Sides were also expensive for one ice cream scoop of mashed potatoes. This place is for the history but definitely won’t be back for the food.

Historic hotel in an iconic setting. My husband was so happy with his bison burger and spinach/artichoke dip. Service was spectacular!

Great experience! Christa and Grant were very friendly and happy to accommodate us. The host was a sweetheart and the server was great! I ordered the lamb lollipops with a Cesar’s and my husband ordered the trio meat. Everything was delicious. Between check-in and a tour we had the hummus platter, it was big enough for four we were two. I highly recommend cascades.

This restaurant, at an iconic Estes park location, was quite a disappointment. For the price point, this was not a reasonable value. The food was very overpriced ($69 steak) and mediocre quality (have had much better filets at lower prices). If you want to check out the Stanley hotel while in town, I would recommend skipping a dinner here - maybe stop in for a drink just to see it. They also charge $10 for parking (even for those dining in the restaurant ), which added insult to injury.
