                    We had tickets for the Performing Arts Center, and chose Cascal for its proximity and because it always seems full implying popularity. Based on our experience, I’m not sure why. We were neglected after being seated despite making eye contact with a couple of servers, but we apparently were not at their table. Our ultimate server duly entered our requests in their tablet but that was it. Food was unremarkable with the paella being salty but bland at the same time.

                    Excellent in all aspects. Be prepared for live music on Friday and Saturday which makes the place quite loud and fun

                    Tapas sampler and paella are still good, but the asado plate is worse than before. The pork was a very small portion and dry. The lamb chops were great, but the steak had a lot of impossible to cut tendon, maybe from a cheaper cut of beef than they used to use. For $55 the asado felt very overpriced. Our server was friendly but never checked if water needed refilling

                    Tha food was great, except for the fact that they put too much dressing on the salad which ruined it. The seafood stew was wonderful.

                    We’ve had the tapas and all amazing. Tonight we finally tried two different Paella’s and they were excellent. Will definitely order again!
