   The restaurant entrance was very busy. I went straight to the table with my coat, as I could not get near the host desk. We waited an age for a drinks order to be taken. And then 20 minutes for the drink to turn up. It was clear that the restaurant could not cope with the bookings that they had taken. It was a lot of money. And I don’t think it was worth it.

   The food as always is delicious, the veal Milanese is consistently excellent. However the cecconies service was terrible, we requested the service was removed. So disappointed in being left to wait for ten minutes for our table ( which was empty and ready) we had to ask for everything from cocktails, to wine, to ordering. We were not offered coffee or desserts. Very disappointing, the staff felt stretched and could not cope with the amount of tables seated.

   We are long time regulars but unfortunately we won’t be coming back. Our service was poor and rushed - the main course was served before the starters were even finished! We had to send it back to the kitchen and then when served later it wasn’t hot. The overall service was unfriendly and abrupt and the whole meal felt rushed and sub-standard. On top of that it was a very rowdy crowd in the restaurant which made for an unsophisticated and noisy environment. We skipped dessert and sadly won’t be rushing back.

   Walked in and was completely ignored for about 5 minutes by the two women at the door. Both were just chatting away to each other and didn't respond at all when I said hello. Very rude. My food arrived cold and wasn't anything special considering the price. Also had to wait ages for drinks to come and they ended up coming at the same time as the food.

   Unfortunately Ceconnis has turned into yet another Caprice Holding chain restaurant. Once a favourite and now won't go back.

   We had great food, wine and ambience was absolutely fantastic, staff was brilliant. Deserts were out of this world Thank you

    Food expensive and not worth the price. Lobster and calamari over cooked and rubbery. Host terrific waiter dizzy and not attentive .. honestly will never go back . Don't waste your money . So disappointing
