Charcoal Venice is an inviting neighborhood restaurant from Michelin-starred Chef and Owner Josiah Citrin that was inspired by the backyard barbecues he hosts on weekends for his friends and family. As the name suggests, everything is cooked indoors over live fire – whether over charcoal or in the coals. Citrin and Chef de Cuisine Dani McNish prepare a seasonal menu of craveable comfort foods featuring locally-sourced proteins and vegetables ideal for sharing family-style. Steak was good, not great. Appetizers average. Server was ok - terrible terrible lighting, I had a spotlight on my face had to change tables. Loud, nothing soecial

Excellent experience, service was impeccable and the food was great, specially the Ribeye, which is served medium rare, it's just a delicacy for those who love a high quality steak.

We had such an amazing time! Our waitress was very knowledgeable and recommended family style. We forgot to take pics but everything was great! The ambiance was the best!

Great neighborhood restaurant . It is unfortunate they refuse to serve the hamburger unless you are seated in the bar. The restaurant is very loud so avoid on a Friday or Saturday
