Chart House Waikiki was founded in 1968 by world-renowned waterman Joey Cabell. It is the only independently owned Chart House existing in Hawaii, though 24 additional locations exist throughout the continental United States. Chart House Waikiki was founded on the principle of providing an authentic Hawaiian hospitality experience incorporating great food, exceptional service, and unparalleled views. Known for its seafood, steaks, ribs and iconic marina vistas, it remains a cornerstone of Waikiki dining. Enjoy our beautiful new monkeypod wood bar and indulge in timeless classics like the famous Garlic Steak, tender Filet Mignon, and savory Ahi Mignon. Our waiter Christian was attentive service was quite good but the calamari needed to be crunchier. Texture was good but had wished the outside was crunchy. Clam chowder was ok. New York steak was ok. The scallops & scampi was tasty. Crème bre le was good.

Overall it was a good experience. The new restaurant is very nice, service was good and food was good. Our only complaint was we ordered a $64 plate of prime rib and a $49 new york steak and both meals only came with 3 asparagus each and a small amount of mashed potatoes. For the money, we’d expect a little more veggies than 3 pieces. On the positive side, we weren’t rushed and our busser was on it and kept our small table clean and neat!

First off they did not have happy hour specials due to Valentine’s week. The Lava cake is not warm and cool fudge is gross. Ice tea taste like McDonlads sucks. Oh, and if you are local, the tourist will have priority in getting their order in. Well guess what, I still tip good so I can correct same service level!

Absolutely an amazing dinner with my girlfriends there! The food was amazing and came out so fast. View and atmosphere was great. Our server Blaine was the best. No complaints, perfect 5 stars overall

Not as good an experience as we have previously had. The food wasn’t as good, either. Had planned on going back for dinner in a few days but changed our mind, now. Was hoping after the renovation that things would be even better.
