   Wonderful dining experience. Our server was incredible, the wait staff all amazing. The food was amazing too. The cocktails were delicious!!! Especially their sangria! 10/10 would come again very soon!

   I generally hate going to restaurants. Bland food for bland palates. Rather than complain, my wife and I tend to eat at home. Then, she booked a Saturday night at Chima. That was the best meal I have had since ever since. We have been to churrascarias before, but none of them compared to this experience. Starting with a quiet, intimate table and a very sweet and helpful "server," we moved to a salad bar with beef carpaccio with parmigiana and capers and very good charcuterie. The gauchos brought the meats with a nicely paced regularity, the fare being heavily beef (instead of something like "parmigian-crusted pork loin" or something like that). The flank steak alone was worth the price. That said, the roast lamb was the star of the show, and quite likely the best lamb I have ever eaten. The service was excellent, the ambiance relaxing and made our dinner all the more delightful. Because it was the Saturday before St Patrick's Day (which included an uptown bar crawl as well as ACC tournament crowds), we found the valet parking to be not only necessary, but completely hassle-free. From start to finish, it was great. I can't recommend Chima enough.

   The food and service were amazing. It was a little loud and the valet service was not available at the time we arrived, so we were a few minutes late for the reservation. We did come to celebrate my husband's retirement from the Army, and he loves meat. When we first sat down it seemed the restaurant was busier than those serving the meat could accommodate. Once it thinned out and they understood what his favorites were, he was very well satiated. The overall experience was great, and I would definitely recommend Chima Steakhouse.

   The food and service were top notch. But for the type of restaurant and how much we paid, I could have done without the kids running around. It made the place look like a fancy Golden Corral and killed the ambiance.

    Chima did not disappoint in any way! It is no longer new and the lobby and stairs look well used, but with good reason! It was a great meal. The salad bar is excellent. The meats are available in your choice of doneness. The service is attentive w/o hovering. Chris ad Stephanie were wonderful. We celebrated my son's birthday. He so enjoyed Chima. I am afraid they may have lost money on his meal! Chima is a great choice for a nice evening of celebration, or just a great meal!
