Chop was created for people who love sharing, connecting and everything steak. We are proud to offer a menu that shares our commitment to sustainable beef sourcing, serving high-quality cuts of 100% Canadian beef. It isn’t just the meat that’s special – it’s also how we cook it. Our Montague broiler cooks at up to 1800 °F, giving a beautiful crust and flavour to every steak! We slow roast our prime rib in a humidity-controlled oven, keeping it mouth-watering and tender. And we put this level of care into each of our hand-crafted drinks, and from-scratch dishes, including plant-based and seafood options, with something for everyone to enjoy. All of this quality comes with friendly hospitality in warm and energetic rooms. Open for lunch, happy hour, dinner and late-night! Chop is located near the Vancouver International Airport and beside the Sandman Signature hotel. We’re only minutes from the River Rock Casino Resort and the Vancouver Skytrain.

    We were very pleasantly surprised for the Value of their $70 pp special. The Prime Rib was DELICIOUS (and was 13oz which is the large size on their Menu=$47) The beet salad was perfect The Seafood Chowder my wife had was yummy We had one of each of the desserts and both were yummmmmm. My friend went elsewhere and paid $250 pp I feel we got better food and our bill (with tip) was $70 less than just his meal We will now go there instead of another steak place we live only 4 min from Very pleased👍👍☺️☺️

    We had Jenson as our server!!! So efficient and adorable….thank you Blake for your attention to our last visit….food was awesome although my husband ordered steak and shrimp but didn’t get the shrimp but otherwise, in general, a good experience!!

    This is one of my family's favorite restaurants, good food good price and good service. However for this recent two reservations, we have to wait 10-15 minutes for our table.

    Had the smoked 13-oz Ribeye, ordered it medium rare and it was cooked more than medium, sad because it’s nowhere close to what a medium rare steak would have been. I didn’t want to cause a fuss as we had a party of 6 and didn’t want to ruin the mood.Otherwise it was quite good but nothing special, our group had burgers, salad w chicken and the filet. Overall the food was average, the service was friendly, prompt and a solid 4/out of 5. Nice dining room. Decent value, but there is room for improvement on the food quality front.

    We have eaten at CHOP many many times and it keeps getting better. The food and value is terrific. But the server ‘Frank’ is top rate. Been there 11 years and he doesn’t miss a beat

    My son and I came for the CHOP salad with steak. I ordered medium-rare, but it came out to be well down. I didn't want to make a fuss about it and started to eat the well done steak. Halfway through the stead, I couldn't tolerate the toughness anymore, so I indicated this issue when our server came to check on us. The manager came promptly and rectified this issue right away by asking the kitchen to make another steak that is actually medium-rare...it came out perfectly! He even took off a little bit off the bill as a good gesture. Both my son and I always have good experiences at CHOP, that's why we keep coming back and bring our family and friends.

    The service from Keanna was impeccable and the food was excellent. They also have a great selection of cocktails to choose from. Will now be our go to steak night.

    Food was good. We had the mushroom goat cheese dip, chillie garlic shrimp and the escargot, prime rib and seafood fettuccine.
