   Seating prompt and professional. Waiter very helpful and answered our questions and gave us sound recommendations. Wine was good. First course was prompt, although portion was rather skimpy. Entrees arrived before we finished first course. Entree food very well prepared. Had at least three separate visits from wait staff while still eating entrees to ask if we were finished so could remove our plates. It appeared restaurant was hurrying up though the meal to allow other guests to be seated. This is third time at Chop’s and first time we felt rushed by staff. Will have to decide whether this is a one off experience, as the other two times dining there were great. Not certain we will return as too many nice options to eat out without having to feel we were rushed to complete dining experience.

   We dined here with friends on Thanksgiving for a special dinner. Unfortunately, the food really took a damper on the evening. The steaks were overcooked, barely edible. Dessert was under cooked, sides had no flavor. The best part about the meal was the bread. Very disappointing!

   Steak was well done when ordered medium rare. Don’t buy the salads they are full of lettuce and nothing else

   I have been a few times but this time was not a good experience. We arrived at 8 pm for our reservation, and were rushed right from the start. Waiter started clearing plates while my brother-in-law was still eating. They definitely didn't care about our experience. Disappointing

   This is a special occasion place. It has wonderful menu choices, great food and beautiful presentations. The piano music is fabulous. The prices are out of sight-VERY high.

   Food was not as good as it has been in the past. My husband and I both got the American Wagyu fillet and the jalapeño potatoes. The steak wasn’t as tasty and tender as it has been in the past. A bit disappointed.

    We come here often. It wasn’t that busy but it took over an hour to have our food order taken. Personally my steak and tomato’s were cold and tough. My husband’s was warm (his was rare and mine was medium, so go figure). Everything was off. If anyone reads this, I suspect this was a terribly off (more than just the items mentioned), but try it. It truly is one of our go to places.
