    We were very impressed with Chops. We were seated in one of the booths and it was so quiet! We could talk to our dinner partners so easily. The dining room was loud, but the area where the booths are was wonderful. Will request this when we return for another fine evening.

    We ordered from the summer special 3 course menu. It was a lot to eat. The salad was huge and beautiful. The Wagyu steak was a little tough, with end pieces. The baked potato was tasty. The key lime pie was excellent. Three courses is a lot, and we probably should have taken some home. There was a piano player and it felt like a steak house atmosphere. Service was excellent.

    We had a great meal with a good bottle of wine. One of us on the early bird menu and one on the regular menu. Both meals were very welll prepared.

    1st course was great. Loved the bread and salad. The main course, not so much. The Chilean sea bass was average. I could not eat the Wagu beef at all. I couldn’t even chew it or even cut it with a knife. It was inedible.
