Each and every Sunday morning, we transform The Circle into a spectacular brunch experience. It’s an elaborate, not-to-be-missed event, sought out by seasoned travelers and Palm Beach locals alike.

Begin with favorites like Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, then explore our more eclectic offerings, such as imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops and carved beef tenderloin. Then discover our raw bar, boasting a sushi selection, domestic caviar station, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters and seasonal stone crab (October - May). Last but certainly not least: more than 30 decadent desserts.

    This is our second visit to the Circle Sunday Brunch. The last visit was over ten years ago. The hotel is undergoing renovations at this time. The server as wonderful, but the offerings are drastically reduced from years ago. For two people, $500 with gratuities. We were very disappointed and this will likely be our last visit. It was less about the money, which you know in advance you will pay. It’s more about the ambience and variety of food offerings that were lacking.

    We had a wonderful time at The Circle for Sunday Brunch. The food was incredible, an excellent spread for the raw bar, large helpings of prime rib, brunch classics, cheese, and so many desserts I felt dizzy. The ambience elevated the experience, but what made the day so special was our server. She was kind, attentive, never let a mimosa glass go empty, and took the time to get to know us a bit while still giving us space. Would recommend for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion!

    Only one complaint: stop playing Happy Birthday CONTINUOUSLY throughout brunch. It was my birthday and I did not want to hear it…16 times! Recommendation to improve the guest experience: Given that everybody goes here for birthdays, just establish a policy that we no longer play happy birthday as guests complain it got too repetitive…which is the truth. Over and over and over… We came to hear beautiful harp music which enhances our brunch…a lovely diverse playlist, not happy birthday 16 times!! 🙄
