Each and every Sunday morning, we transform The Circle into a spectacular brunch experience. It’s an elaborate, not-to-be-missed event, sought out by seasoned travelers and Palm Beach locals alike.

Begin with favorites like Belgian waffles, eggs benedict, made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit, then explore our more eclectic offerings, such as imported cheeses and pâtés, pastas, fresh fish, baby lamb chops and carved beef tenderloin. Then discover our raw bar, boasting a sushi selection, domestic caviar station, Maine lobster, jumbo shrimp, oysters and seasonal stone crab (October - May). Some food items were great, and most were blah. The server did not tell me about my drink options, so I had to ask. They didn't even keep my glasses full or replace my utensils. I had to flag someone down and ask for everything. They selectively were more attentive to certain tables. The dress code was not enforced, and it seemed too casual compared to my expectations. At $250, I will pass and not return.

The brunch was amazing! I am a seafood lover & they did not disappoint with all the varieties of shellfish. Oysters, stone crab, king crab, shrimp, lobster, sushi & even 2 different types of caviar. Cocktails also included, totally worth the price. Although it is very nosy in the main dining room, that was the only negative. Definitely will be back!

We celebrated our wedding anniversary and had a lovely time. First time here and it’s definitely worth the experience.

The resort was beautifully decorated for the holidays. The Circle Room was filled with people enjoying food and conversation. A harpist was playing. The buffet offered all kids of seafood, meat, sushi, caviar, breakfast items, and small sized desserts. The buffet was extravagant in its options, and everything was delicious. The service was excellent. We celebrated my husband’s birthday and the waitress brought out a special plate of desserts with ‘Happy Birthday’ beautifully written in chocolate. Overall a sumptuous, extravagant , delicious experience.

We have visited The Circle numerous times for brunch and are always very satisfied. The only real complaint is the noise level in the dining room. Otherwise, a great dining experience. On this particular visit, our server Gabi was exceptional. She was very attentive, courteous and friendly.

We enjoyed everything except for the people at the table next to us. They were loud, poorly attired, and the men wore baseball caps while eating. (I was told by your staff when I made our reservation that there was a dress code!)
