   We had a delightful lunch and the restaurant was decorated very nice and festive. Our food was very good and the service by Keenan couldn’t have been better or more professional. We will definitely return again soon! Also the front staff were very welcoming!

   The food was delicious, the service was perfect and while it was busy we were easily able to hear each other at the table.

   Our service was very slow and the food was just OK. My husband and I wanted coffee at the end of our meals. Our waitress said that we couldn't have coffee because there were no clean coffee cups.

   The restaurant said it closed at midnight and my friend and I were basically kicked out with servers picking up our water glasses and everything on the table starting at 9:45 PM. I also really get put out when I’m not offered dessert or coffee and think that it’s a bad business practice as well.

   We had an excellent experience at Clyde's today. I posted a few days ago about a less stellar experience we had recently, but today's lunch with friends was Clyde's more typical very good service.

   We dine at Clyde's often. Our experience is unusually pretty good. This particular evening we had the whole family, a party of 8, together. The service was unacceptably slow given that the restaurant was not very busy. It was a disappointment on a night we were celebrating being together. The food actually came out of the kitchen promptly but the waiter was slow to take our orders at every point. It was even hard to get her attention to get our check and again to actually pay after getting it. We have had many good experiences at Clyde's, once interrupted by a months long period of terrible service which was dramatically corrected a while ago. We never knew what exactly had accounted for either the serious decline in service or the remarkable improvement which has generally held. The evening in question may have been a fluke, but one expects particularly good service and prompt attention when you bring a larger party since there are so many possibilities of someone having a need or request. I hope Clyde's does better than this for large parties during this holiday season. While I'm complaining because this experience was a disappointment, I want to be clear that we usually have at least acceptable - and often very good - experiences at Clyde's. It's my assumption that a restaurant benefits from feedback, both fair crticism, and well-earned praise.

   Although the hostess communicated and apologized for the delay in getting seated, we waited about 15 minutes for our reserved table. We then waited for a waiter to take our drink order. Then we waited to get our drinks. Then we waited for our food and then to cash out. Not sure why the service was so slow. The food was very good, especially the scallops.

   We started at the bar and all the cocktails were delicious made by the friendly bartender. Loved the well-lit dining area. Food was delicious, but service was slow. Staff seemed frazzled and stretched. Jonathan was great and did his best. I'll return though. Like rheumatoid ambiance.

    My friends and I had a great time. We especially enjoyed the crab dip and wine selections. Our server Hamid was helpful and friendly. We will be back soon!!
