Waterfront dining at its finest! Family-owned and operated for 115 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine. Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room. Choose a table looking out onto the radiant blue waters of the Intracoastal Waterway from the Mediterranean dining room, or experience the casual atmosphere from our outdoor deck on the water. Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella a la Valenciana, Roast Pork a la Cubana and fresh seafood specialties. Sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365 days a year, including all holidays.

    We were seated on time with our dinner reservation. We opted to sit outside which was a beautiful evening overlooking the Intracoastal waterway. The service was timely and the waiter was friendly enough. Everyone enjoyed their selection of entrees and we indulged in the flan and the guava turnover for dessert which was delectable. We were glad we chose to sit outside because we noticed the noise level inside was quite loud. We have been to the Columbia Restaurant numerous times and the food quality and taste remains consistent. Always enjoyable.

    We love this location of the Columbia. We have been to several locations and this one is the best. It is located right on the water in Sand Key. We love sitting on the patio watching the boats. The staff is so friendly and accomodating. They also a menu for people with allergies. Just let them know when you get there. Our waiter Fred is great. The 1905 salad is so great. I highly recommend all the food here.

    Our experience at the restaurant is usually very good. But on this day, it wasn’t that great. The food was good. I’ve ate at many restaurants in South America as no one speaks English and I received better service than I got last night. The waiter hardly spoke at all, we felt rushed and the noise level was extremely loud as we couldn’t even hold a conversation. It was disappointing.

    Went there with my mother for her first time. She truly enjoyed herself. Myself and my wife has been there before, and it has always been exceptional.

    Very underwhelming entrees. We had the Grouper Jimmy and it was just bland. The Cannelloni de Langosta was lacking in shrimp and scallops and the lobster was dry and tough. Very disappointing meal.
