Family-owned and operated for more than 116 years, Columbia has earned acclaim for its old-world charm and award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Join us for century-old family recipes like Paella "a la Valenciana," Roast Pork "a la Cubana," and fresh seafood specialties.

Don’t miss Columbia’s Original “1905” Salad®, prepared tableside with our delicious, freshly-made dressing, a 100-year-old family recipe of fresh garlic, oregano, wine vinegar and Spanish extra virgin olive oil.

Be sure to sample a fine Spanish wine like Montecillo or Campillo. Relax in our courtyard or Mediterranean-style dining rooms, filled with hundreds of hand-painted tiles and Spanish-style fountains.

We are a sister to the Columbia in Tampa's Ybor City, founded in 1905. Children's menu available. Open 365-days a year, including all holidays.

Service was amazing. Peak time and they were still able to work us around arriving early for our reservation. Our server was very accommodating and hospitable. The food was great and the chefs flavors were wonderful. Definitely a go to eatery every time I visit St Augustine.

Nice Christmas evening. Something unfortunately didn’t agree with me, and I had to cut my evening short from not feeling well, but still had a nice time.

We went as a walk-in, December the 25th around 5pm. We were refused saying that next table available was for January the 4th. We left, I found a table for 4 ppl available at 5:45pm in the open table app. Of course we booked the table. We went there, we increased the number of the party from 4 ppl to 7 ppl. The hostess told us that she didn’t have the table for 7 ppl, then she said she didn’t have the one for 4 ppl either, meaning that there will be a wait, then after 2 minutes we were accommodated in a table for 7 ppl really quick, which was really appreciated. There was an empty table for a big party the whole time that we were having dinner. Food is good, not great but still good. Service good, not great but still good.

It was Christmas Day let’s begin there. I made a reservation 1 month ago and as we checked in I sat down by the door. It was a revolving door droves of ppl kept coming in I guess to ck to see if they could get a table. I heard them say there is no availability until Jan6 so I would see those ppl that just asked leave. But it never stopped. More people lots of people kept coming in without reservations? Why didn’t you just put a sign up saying if you don’t have a reservation there are none available at this time. What I did see is wowwww your staff is amazing your servers are like no other I have ever seen. They all need a raise if you base on performance for just that day alone give them all a raise. They never missed a step regardless of how crowded it was especially upstairs by the bar where people were waiting behind people that were seated at the bar. They were like vultures waiting for the people who were sitting waiting to make a move. And I observed the ones standing at the bar waiting are alllll in the way of your servers trying to get the food that is on their big tray to the customers. It is an accident waiting to happen. All in all I had an amazing dinner, my server Tracylynn was amazing and even though it was very busy it didn’t take away from the delicious food we had.
