The Columbia is Florida’s Oldest RestaurantSM, founded in Tampa's historic Ybor City in 1905. Family-owned and operated for 119 years, the restaurant has earned acclaim for old-world charm as well as for its award-winning Spanish/Cuban cuisine and wine list.

Open 365 days a year, including all holidays and serving lunch and dinner daily.

Casual attire is fine, but we don’t allow sleeveless shirts on men in the dining room.

Flamenco Dance Shows: There is an $10 cover charge per person for guests over the age of 12.

Monday through Thursday dinner reservation times for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m.

Friday and Saturday dinner reservations for the 7 p.m. show are 5:30, 6 or 6:30 p.m. and for the 9:30 p.m. show, seatings are at 8:30 or 9 p.m.

Reservations for dinner and the show are required. Please call the restaurant to check availability for reservations.

    This was our first visit to Columbia Restaurant, and what a great experience! Our bartender, Dave, was jovial and made a mean Mojito, a signature drink. When our table was ready, our friendly waiter, Clay, provided a short history of the restaurant, the oldest Spanish restaurant in the U.S. The meal was absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Wonderful evening.

    My out-of-state guests were stunned at the uniqueness of this restaurant from the stunning period decor to the professional, expert waitress, Maria. We started with the scallop appetizer and all enjoyed the 1905 salad. We could have stopped there but added in some paella and black bean soup. What a delicious meal! We topped it all off with flan and white chocolate bread pudding for dessert. The gift shop was an added bonus. My significant other decided to buy one of their cookbooks - the gift that keeps on giving!

    Another great dining experience at Columbia. Food was delicious and the service was incredible. Cory was a terrific server and was very attentive. Can't wait to go back.

    I love this restaurant! The food and wine is right out of Spain.i don't have to fly 8 hour to get a great meal

    Food and drinks were great; service was great. Parking can be a little tough but be patient when you get to the parking lot across the restaurant. Did not get in for the entertainment and it is very popular. Book early!!

    Went there for my BD..sat us right next to the piano player who was great but the noise level between that and the amount of ppl there was a bit loud. Our waitress seemed to be a bit in the weeds.. we had to ask for things several times .. overall service wasn't great. I got the Valencia paella and timing was off with others' food . That bring said the scallops were mushy (may be my fault since I decided to wait for others to get their dinners). The calamari app was delicious and the table side sangria was great. The kid steak was a tiny piece of meat but he did enjoy it . Was told that the lunch service is much better and less hectic so maybe I would give it another try ..
