Coopers Hawk never disappoints! Tonight we were seated promptly and our server quickly brought brinks and bread, took our order and checked on us regularly. Our food came quickly, and was prepared perfectly. The Ellie’s chicken piccata was flavorful with an appropriate accent of capers, a generous portion of tender chicken and delicious capellini pasta. The Keatons spaghetti with house made meatballs was also delicious and the bucatini pasta was al dente (firm to the tooth), while the meatballs were perfectly seasoned and tasty. Another great Coopers Hawk meal to celebrate my wife’s birthday!

The restaurant seemed fine but our waiter was definitely having an off day. We put in our order right away but it took almost an hour for our food to come out. Some of the food was cold which meant that it had been sitting. The waiter only checked on us once before our food came and then didn't come back to check on us until we had finished eating. We needed more water and condiments that we never had a chance to ask for. I mentioned that my meal was cold and they did remove it from the check. The restaurant itself seems fine and the food tasted good, but the service was not what I expected.

Service took forever, no bread, no TP in the bathrooms and when I told the front desk they said they were waiting on their truck you are in the same parking lot as Whole Foods and target send someone to get TP. Manager step it up this use to be a favorite place to go, it is going down hill.

We go to Coopers Hawk on a monthly basis and love the food and wine. Wait staff is always on point. However this visit was disappointing. We arrived an hour early for a wine tasting and as usual I checked in when I got there. At our reservation time we went to the hostess desk to be seated and were dismayed to find that we were seated right next to the entrance to the kitchen with a lovely view of where the wait staff punches orders into the computer. Since I had checked in early and am a wine club member I was disappointed. However since they were packed we did not asked to be moved. Free desert was offered but frankly I think this table should be eliminated as there is no way to have a good experience when seated there. Yes Ill be back but I will request a table far from the kitchen in the future.

We had a reservation for four people on Saturday evening at 5:45 PM to celebrate both my birthday and my husband's birthday as we are only one day apart. We specified that it was a special birthday celebration when making the reservation. We were seated a little bit after 6:00 PM and there is nowhere convenient to wait as wine tastings were happening in the lobby area. It took about 20 minutes for our server to approach our table. Service was very slow. We ended up getting our dinners after 7:00 (and no appetizers were ordered). The server brought our check and when I asked about any special birthday desserts, we were given the dessert menu. We saw two other tables served desserts with lit candles in our vicinity while we dined. Ours was brought to us in a to-go container? Our food was average. Overall, what was supposed to be a special celebratory evening was rather disappointing.

Went here for wife's birthday with a 5:30 pm reservation on a Saturday evening. Lobby was crowded and loud and therefore uncomfortable for us. We were taken to our table after about a 10 minute wait. Received attention pretty much right away. Placed order for the pot stickers appetizer along with glass of wine each. Received our wine and placed our dinner order. The pot stickers seem to take a long time with our waiter stopping by 2 or 3 times to say they should be coming out soon and he was going to check on them. When they finally arrived they were delicious. For dinner, I ordered the rigatoni and my wife ordered the pork chop. This also took a very long time to come out and once again the waiter stopped by a few times to give us a status. He said they were behind because a large table ahead of us sent back steaks to be refired. When we received our food, the rigatoni was pretty good, although not especially hot, and the pork chop was burnt and dried out. Wife was pretty upset that we had to wait that long for her overcooked meal and the pork was sent back. The manager came to talk to us and comped the pork chop and gave us desert and a bottle of wine, so I would say they did everything they possibly could to make it right. The pork came back juicy and delicious. The desert was a chocolate brulee which was outstanding.

The greeter was aloof and not helpful as she was not very accommodating of our grandchildren. Very nice waiter but he was overwhelmed with too many tables to wait on.
