We are pleased to once again offer indoor dining, as well as outdoor dining in our covered and heated patios. Curbside pick-up service is also available for to-go orders at Copper River Restaurant & Bar.

Est. 2015 Family owned and operated. Featuring 52 local craft beers on tap, scratch made meals and an industrial vibe. We are passionate about genuine hospitality and delivering a menu from fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, the best the Northwest has to offer.     We enjoyed ourselves from being seated to paying the bill. Both the manager, Matt, and the waitstaff were very attentive and accommodating. We ordered a broad range of meals, from jumbalaya to crab fettuccine, to stuffed salmon, to a cheeseburger, and everything was cooked properly. Tasted a few different beverages, and our birthday boy (35) was given a card signed by several staff members and a sundae to share. We’ve eaten here before, now introduced 2 new patrons who vowed to be back.

    Unfortunately the steak was not cooked properly and our friend was not enjoying it. He was very happy to have a steak and it was cooked way too long. He did not eat but a few bites. On another note, my spicy salmon salad was so full of jalapeños that you could not taste the salmon. The other dishes were great. I hate to complain because we really like this place but this was a disappointment on New Years Eve.
