   Table side Cesar salad was epic. Big portions so 2 can share one serving. Steak was great and service was excellent and over all and exceptional meal.

   We celebrated our wedding anniversary and the food was amazing and service was perfect to make it a wonderful night. The onion soup was incredible, lamb and beef cooked to perfection and the desserts were really incredible. This was our first time dining at Cordeiro’s but we are already planning to come back!

   Had dinner with our Mom and a friend last night. The food and service are outstanding. Lobster cakes and salads were incredible. Of course, this is a steakhouse and they did not fail to impress. We all had the ribeye, so were not able to enjoy a different cut, but they were all cooked to perfection. Jimmy provided excellent service and we enjoyed a nice, relaxing and not rushed meal. The other staff and the GM, who provided our wine service, were all incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Will be returning soon.

   Fabulous meal. Old school charm. Healthy cocktail, prawns, Caesar prepared table side and perfectly done, veal chop and salmon were just right. Loved our waiter, Fred, old Silverado guy. Terrific ambience. We just bought a condo in Silverado and we’ll return here many times. Menu is expansive so you can do it. Absolutely recommend.

   Server’s name was Jimmy although when he said that it didn’t sound like that. My husband had rack of lamb. He said it was very good and I had filet mignon. My fillet was easy to cut, but it wasn’t real flavorful. They did give us different sauces and I liked the steak sauce. Came with vegetables and potatoes. They had some really good bread and butter to begin with. I had an old-fashioned as we had been drinking wine all day.

    I've written a review before and wish I could give higher stars. They are beyond exceptional. From the manager, staff, and the amazing food. We attended Valentines as we normally due at this place. They met our expectations as usual. They sat us at the owners table which gave me more bragging rights, lol. But our food? AMAZING. I killed my 24oz ribeye, hubby killed his swordfish. Can't wait to return!
