Such a delight! Year after year, Cosmo never fails to deliver a spot-on experience. After nearly a decade, I have no favorite. The most phenomenal part of the chef is how seafood lovers appreciate the pork chop or filet lovers enjoy tartare. It’s exquisite and a truly a gift to telluride. Better yet is the staff. The patience, knowledge and rich personality of everyone makes you trust, love and connect with the entire scene. They are so together that every individual portrays a consistently pleasing experience. Thank you from Elizabeth Hardwick, 5 top bar table on Tuesday the 18th. We look forward to next year!

We dined at one of the bar high tops, and were helped by two servers, Murphy and Brian. My first drink was the classic cosmo. After a couple of sips, I realized my glass had a crack in it. I asked Brian for a new glass and he went above and beyond and just made me a new drink. Both drinks were perfect. My husband ordered an old fashioned and it was great too! I also had to try the cosmo old fashioned that had Whistlepig 10 yr, orange bitters and clove syrup I think! We had a spicy tuna roll, shared the bone in pork chop, and a crème brûlée. All of the food was delicious as usual. This is a staple place for us when we visit Telluride (I miss the place in Durango it was my go to for happy hour in college!). Looking forward to our next meal here!

One of my top 2 restaurants in Telluride for quality and variety of food. Rack of lamb done to perfection (and one needs little else more when that’s nailed), delicious and imaginative fish preparation, delicious raw fish (tataki and rolls), creative lobster/shrimp sausage with caper alioli, delicious ceviche, and tomato and saffron soup out of this world. The server was such a flirty tease that we (4) were not bothered by the delays in bringing out the dishes. The atmosphere was elegant and civil, as always. Always look forward to coming back.
