Nestled amidst the ancient, moss draped oaks in Harbour Town, CQ's combines great fun, fine dining and a touch of Hilton Head Island history. CQ's has the feeling of an old, cozy, and comfortable inn. Heart-of-pine floors, wooden mantle pieces, stained glass, and the photographs and memorabilia of the Lowcountry culture all contribute to the charm that has made CQ's the place to dine since 1973. Inspired by the abundant varieties of fresh seafood, beef and game available. Our chef creates dishes that are best described as contemporary American with classic influences. We have been coming to Sea Pines for 20 years. In 20 years we never dined at CQ’s. What a mistake! Good and service were outstanding! Cannot wait to return and dine again!

Great New Year’s Eve meal. Ask for Peter provided great service with personal touch. Great knowledge of menu. Will be back next time we come to Hilton Head.

We visit CQ’s often and this time was especially good. Starting with our server, Peter, who was quite knowledgeable and attentive. The dinner was preps perfectly and the drinks were delicious.

Ambiance and service were great - the fact that the beverage of choice for my party of 3 and our entree of choice for 2 of 3 of my party was sold out was a huge disappointment! Our bill was $200+ which I thought was a little high for no beverage, 1 shared appetizer, no dessert and having to compromise on the entree, I don’t mind premium prices when it’s for what I want to order.

Excellent food in an older building that feels like a home...cozy and inviting. We had Christmas day dinner and enjoyed all dishes. Desserts were excellent and just the right size (quality over quantity). The chef was happy to make a few changes we requested, such as substituting sides. Will go again.
