   Our drinks were delicious and server was great. The hotel and dining room were beautiful. The menu was very small and I was unable to find it ahead of going. Every food dish we ordered for appetizers and main courses were missing something. They were all slightly under seasoned- lacking basic salt & pepper for the pommes puree & caprese salad. Tuna tartar had an overwhelming pepper taste to it. The pheasant was a really small portion and over seared making part of it really tough. The parpadelle was dry and under sauced. Overall for the price I feel it did not deliver.

   The service was perfect throughout the entire dinner. Each of the courses (appetizer, entree, and dessert) were delicious and served at the proper temperatures. The wine list offered a good variety of selections. The wait staff made us feel very welcomed and frequently checked back with us to see if we had everything we wanted. The food was excellent. We also had the breakfast buffet in the Crystal Room, and the food and service were perfect then as well. Some areas of the resort can be a bit difficult to get to in a wheelchair, especially in the area of the 1796 Room, but the staff were quick to offer their assistance, and the food and service was also excellent there.
