We felt so lucky that when we found our planned restaurant was closed for a holiday party, we were able to make 5:30 reservations for our party of 7 and believe that being at Cooper's Hawk with the fabulous food was WAY better than our original choice. When I made my reservation, I requested a quiet table. Realizing it was going to be a busy evening so close to Christmas I had low expectations that they would be able to accommodate my request. So, I was delighted when we were seated at the quietest booth in the restaurant. Our dinner was perfect as a result - thanks so much, Firebirds!

The Sea Bass was a very large portion size. It was absolutely delicious. The truffle Parmesan fries were delicious as well. They split the wedge salad up for us. We had a delightful time. Excellent food, service, and atmosphere.
