Can’t get enough of the food at Guillermo’s! The service is good and the food and margaritas consistently good. It’s a regular spot for us!

There’s nothing like the Adobe Grill at La Quinta Resorts any time of year, but especially at Christmastime! It’s lovely to sit outside, under a heat lamp, and enjoy the delicious food and soak in the festive ambience. Most of us ordered Mole (Chicken entree & Enchilada entree) since that’s their signature recipe, and one of us ordered the Sea Bass, which was exquisite! Start with the guacamole — it’s simply a MUST! The service staff is delightful — everyone is professional, helpful & friendly.
