- MMarkNorfolk/Suffolk •1 review5.0Dined 1 day agoThis is our 2nd visit to the Lowri and won’t be our last! We had the Sunday lunch menu which was just perfect. Starters of smoked salmon and Caesar salad were so good. Then 3 of us had the roast beef, which, in our opinion, was exceptional! One of our party asked for her beef to be well done (very well done)! And this was done to perfection. The other guest had the cod which was equally delicious. Deserts were 3 sticky toffee puddings and 1 cheesecake, not a crumb was left! Our server was only 3 week into her post and was so engaging, professional and helpful- a credit to the team. Definitely recommend the Lowri Sunday lunch and will most certainly be going back.More infoThe River RestaurantPrice: Expensive• French• Manchester•4.3

The staff are wonderful and attentive to a fault without being overbearing. Our 3rd visit in 14 days and certainly not our last.More infoCavendish Restaurant at ChatsworthPrice: Very Expensive• British• Bakewell•4.7
- LLyndaLincolnshire •3 reviews5.0Dined on 20 Dec 2024Delicious treat which has become a Christmas tradition for us! I enjoyed a traditional afternoon tea with a glass of Prosecco and my husband chose the savoury afternoon tea with a beer. Unfortunately they had run out of ale though, so he had to be content with a Peroni. He suggested that a small sweet treat would have been nice to finish off his selection but on this occasion he stole one of mine! Thank you and happy Christmas to all.?More infoDoddington Tea RoomPrice: Expensive• Afternoon Tea• Lincoln•4.6
