Best American Restaurants in Marble Falls

Carve Barton Creek consistently exceeds our expectations. It’s one we go back to time and again. Our main server Vincent was attentive, personable and is an example of Carve quality, process and discipline. Thanks All for another great evening with friends!

Park in the Blue Parking garage, which is the closest. The reservation was easy to make; I had to change it twice and doing that was no trouble. The seating staff was only off by about 5 minutes, which wasn't much; the waiter was friendly and immediately at the table. We had heard raves about the pork chop special and those rants were not exaggerated. I'm telling you, that was the best meat of any variety that I have had this year! Oh my goodness, it was huge, maybe 4" x 4 " square, with a sweet, caramelized brown on the sides, applesauce that was a terrific dipping sauce, and the most tender meat you could imagine. Yum yum, I can still taste it. Ya gotta go!

The food and service were bothe great - as usual.

We had not been to the Josephine House in a while, so it was great to return and enjoy a delicious brunch in a festive and cozy atmosphere. Avocado toast was delicious! Our waitperson was attentive and accommodating. Looking forward to returning sooner than later!

The food selection and service were great. As a point of feedback. It would have been nice to have all the food in the same area. We were seated in a separate area and only had access to kid friendly options in our area. We had to walk to other areas for traditional dishes, salads and desserts. It was a great experience overall and a great option for my Mom and I. Una was awesome. I would have tipped him 20% even if gratuity wasn’t included.
