The hostess staff was very friendly and sat us promptly. Our server was Sidney and she was amazing, friendly, and attentive. The pull-apart bread was delicious and the wagyu meatballs were great. We had the Caesar and dell salads. Both were fresh and very tasty. We ordered the 16 oz prime ribeyes. Flavor was great but my “medium” came out mostly medium rare. I couldn’t really eat it. Manager comped dessert for us but never came to the table. Was very disappointed that such a premiere steakhouse couldn’t get my steak temp right. $60 steaks should be perfect every time. Roosters is consistently great. The service is wonderful, the atmosphere is cozy, and the menu has something for everyone. With quality wine & unique cocktails, the bar area has a cool view of the kitchen & a laid back vibe. They offer outstanding sides; the potatoes au gratin are a must, but you should pick several options to share with the table! The salads are always fresh & dressed to perfection. I personally think they serve the best scallops in Charlotte, but you really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.

Ruth’s Chris Steak House provided an absolutely stellar dining experience from start to finish. From the warm welcome to the exceptional service, every detail was top-notch. Our waiter, Bryant, was excellent, attentive, knowledgeable, and ensured that our meal was nothing short of perfect. We started with the oysters, which were not only fresh and flavorful but also arrived with a stunning blue flame presentation, making for an unforgettable start to our evening. For the main course, the steak was cooked to perfection juicy, tender, and bursting with rich flavor. The crab cakes were generously packed with fresh crab meat and seasoned beautifully. The sea bass was melt-in-your-mouth delicious, expertly prepared with the perfect balance of flavors. The lobster mac and cheese was incredibly indulgent, with creamy, cheesy goodness infused with succulent lobster. The creamed spinach was the perfect accompaniment, smooth and flavorful. To cap off an already incredible meal, the desserts were outstanding. The crème brûlée had the perfect caramelized sugar crust over silky custard, the cheesecake was luxuriously creamy, and the ice cream was a refreshing and delightful treat. Overall, Ruth’s Chris delivered an exceptional dining experience, made even better by Bryant’s outstanding service. Highly recommend for an unforgettable meal!

Our second time dining at BAR ONE on Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed the Burrata and Cauliflower starters! We 💜 the cauliflower, so unique! We shared the lasagna, which we will definitely order again, as the leftovers were just as good! Cocktails and a bottle of wine to celebrate! We will be back soon with some friends to share one of our favorite spots in Charlotte!

I appreciate there is not loud music - number one! A blue steak was perfectly blue. 💙 Excellent! Caesar & authentic dressing; truffle fries could have been a little crispier but appreciated all saucier work. Somm gave great info to us as guests and to the server presenting. Appreciated the decant. Appreciated E.C. visit to all tables. This was a lunch time visit for Valentine's Day and all aspects including our amazing server, Jules ...en pointe 💚🙌💚
