The sauce was unEdible very tart and still taste like the alcohol from the fire. We used to get these when they were created tableside prior to Covid. I would drive to Perrys after dinner elsewhere just for the nutty D’Angelo. Nowadays, doubtful I’ll ever order again. The special though was extremely expensive and the waiter didn’t inform us of that. They up-charged for everything that he described as part of the special - came to over $80! My linguine pescatore was only $35 and it was amazing. Definitely felt cheated on that special! The Bulleit Smash was a wonderful cocktail!! It was a little loud (one table in particular) and we asked one of the staff members to close the curtain between our two tables and they never did.
