The bar was busy but had enough seats for our large party. Service was friendly and quick. We enjoyed a round of drinks before our table was ready and we moved inside. We were sat at exactly our reservation time. Server was great, and attentive. Food and drinks were outstanding and the vibe of the restaurant was perfect. We arrived on property an hour prior to our reservation and it took almost another hour to park. I was worried that the restaurant would not hold our reservation but was told not to worry. Once seated and our server, Chris, came to the table, the experience more than made up for the parking fiasco. Matt was our server, and he was outstanding on every level! Perfect timing and attentiveness without rushing us through our evening! The wine selection was extraordinary, as he guided us through the Prime 3 story of the importance a good wine to enhance our meal. Really appreciated his knowledge of that! The salads were fresh and fabulous! Dave’s filet? None better! Asparagus cooked to perfection! And those tiny peppers? The greatest! The sorbet and hand cleansing were the cherries on the top! Extra touches of excellence! My husband and sister had the salmon from ANTARCTICA! Have you ever? Carole said it was the best salmon she has ever had! What a beautiful night/dinner/experience we had! Thank you, Prime 3! We WILL be back! We celebrated our anniversary in September there, and that’s why we returned with family to celebrate Christmas!
